Software Issues

If you want help with a software problem, I need to know:
  • the operating system version (Windows XP or Vista or 7?)
  • The software or browser name
  • the version number of the software or browser
  • a description of what you are doing when the problem happens.
If this information is not provided, I can't help you.

Hardware Issues

If you want help with a hardware issue, I may be able to point you in a direction, but be aware, my expertise is in software, not hardware support. I'll need to know:
  • the operating system version (Windows XP or Vista or 7?)
  • whether the mouse and keyboard wireless or not
  • how the computer is connecting to the internet
  • a description of what you are doing when the problem happens.
If this information is not provided, I can't help you.
