My name is Ellen and I built this website to share the computer troubleshooting knowledge I've gained from over 20 years in the computer and network administration business. I've supported just about every software program and personal computer ever made, and now I'm passing that knowledge on to you.My goal is to help home users and small to medium businesses successfully navigate the technical issues they encounter. In my experience, these user groups are not supported well. The software and hardware industries have reduced technical support or charge exorbitant fees for assistance. I hope the information on this site helps the non-corporate user's efforts to maximize technology expenditures.
